The projects developed in Industrial Park Valparaíso are sustainable, since they incorporate three fundamental aspects in their implementation: concern for the environment, a positive contribution to the social aspect, and economic development to the city.

Sustainability
Our projects are developed in accordance with the required environmental regulations. One of the main ones is related to the replacement of forest species such as eucalyptus and pine by native species belonging to the sclerophyllous forest, creating new green lungs for the city.
Social
Once the Industrial Park is consolidated, the generation of more than 2,500 direct jobs and at least 8,000 indirect jobs. The largest percentage of them will be for people from the Valparaíso,, which will provide better job opportunities and development to families in the city.
Economy
through a series of investments, operations and the local productive chain itself, new development opportunities will be generated in various fields and areas of interest, such as the Shipping, Logistics, Commercial and Industrial industry, which will provide new opportunities and consolidate the activities of the companies that are installed in Industrial Park Valparaíso.
